What can I do during Adoration?

The Adoration Chapel is our opportunity to be in the presence of our Lord. There are no formal guidelines as to how you spend your time in Adoration. Just be quiet and reverent showing respect for the Blessed Sacrament. Here are some ideas for Adoration:

• Just sit still in silence

•  Adore our Lord

• Pray The Rosary

• Pray the Jesus Prayer

• Pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet

• Pray the Psalms

• Meditate on Scripture

• Read the Bible

• Read about a Saint

• Talk to Jesus and then Listen
