Why am I not receiving email (Flock Notes) from
Knights of Columbus ?
We use Flocknote.com to communicate with you.
To make sure that emails from mail@flocknote.com always go to the inbox and not to spam, add the address to the contacts list and set up a filter or rule in the email provider’s settings. This commonly applies to Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers.
Gmail Instructions:
Add mail@flocknote.com to the Google Contacts list.
Go to Gmail on a computer.
Click the gear icon, choose "See all settings," then go to "Filters and Blocked Addresses."
Click "Create a new filter."
Enter mail@flocknote.com in the "From" field.
Click "Create filter," then tick "Never send it to Spam."
Confirm by clicking "Create filter" again.
Outlook and Other Providers
For Outlook.com, right-click a message or go to Settings, then “Rules,” and create a rule to always keep mail from mail@flocknote.com in the inbox.
For Yahoo, open any email from Flocknote, click “More,” then "Add Sender to Contacts," and save.
For Comcast, enable the "Safe Senders" feature under Advanced Settings and add mail@flocknote.com.
If an Email Goes to Spam
Locate it in the spam or junk folder.
Mark it as "Not Spam" or "Not Junk." This helps train the email system to recognize future messages as wanted.
Following these steps across most major providers will reliably keep mail from mail@flocknote.com in the primary inbox.
